Christmas makes 2020

I don’t seem to have done much Christmas crafting this year. Last year I took so much inspiration from the crafters who appeared on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas and was bursting with ideas for things that I wanted to make. It didn’t have the same effect on me this year and, what with one thing and another, I just don’t feel very festive at the moment.

I can’t stop making wreaths.

Having created my first Christmas wreath, mostly from bits that were about to go in my green bin, I am now obsessed with keeping any garden waste that might be suitable to use. The garden shed is full of poppy heads, Chinese lanterns, and pinecones that I’ve picked up while I’ve been out and about.  Continue reading
