Another day, another wreath

I made one of these nigella wreaths last year and loved it. I keep it in my craft room because I don’t want it to get damaged by the elements and it’s still looking pretty good one year on.

I can’t stop making wreaths.

Having created my first Christmas wreath, mostly from bits that were about to go in my green bin, I am now obsessed with keeping any garden waste that might be suitable to use. The garden shed is full of poppy heads, Chinese lanterns, and pinecones that I’ve picked up while I’ve been out and about.

A winter wreath

One of my favourite makes from this year was the spring wreath (more on that later). Since making it, I’ve had lots of ideas buzzing around my head about creating wreaths for other occasions. Inspired by the winter wreath, made by Lucy from Attic 24, I’ve come up with my own version, which I’ve made as a gift for my aunt and uncle.
